Deposits & Cancellations

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments and will be applied toward your treatment on the day of service. Deposit amounts vary based on the type and length of the appointment.

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to show for your appointment, will result in forfeiture of the deposit

Emergency situations will be reviewed at our discretion. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require higher deposits or limit future booking availability.
