Reservation Fee & Cancellations
A non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure all new client appointments. The fee is applied towards your treatment total at the time of service. The reservation fee compensates Soft Touch Aesthetics for administrative preparation, clinical time reservation, and customized treatment planning.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your reservation fee. Each appointment may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice. If the rescheduled appointment is canceled again, not attended, or otherwise missed, a no-show charge will be applied for the missed appointment, as time and resources were reserved without an active reservation fee. An additional reservation fee will be required for any future appointment. No-show appointments automatically forfeit the original reservation fee and may incur a no-show charge of up to 25% of the scheduled service cost for the missed appointment. For treatments with variable pricing, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, any applicable no-show charge is calculated based on the minimum anticipated treatment value for the scheduled service. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes without prior communication may require same-day rescheduling, based on availability. If treatment is not performed the same day as the original appointment, reservation fee will be forfeited, and a new reservation fee will be required to secure a future appointment.
